    Centring young people in the decision-making about work with young people, works. It supports them to grow, connect and dig deep. It revitalises organisations, structures and processes. It generates greater success, sustainability and legacy.

  • Elders and radical equity

    22 September | Royal Exchange Theatre (Manchester)

    We were joined by communities and organisations in Manchester to consider different models of distributing funding, community decision making, intergenerational projects, shifting power and needs focused project design.

  • Brain injury and co-creating evaluation 

    2 November | Barbican Centre (London)

    At this London-based event, we considered co-created evaluation approaches and empowering people with brain injury to be at the centre of organisational decision making.
